David serves as Director for Biztech’s Oracle CRM OnDemand practice, which includes the following Oracle modules: CRM, Marketing, Contacts, CRM Service, Analytics and Mobiles Sales. With a unique understanding of the CRM industry, David is able to relate to a wide range of client roles; from the end user to the project manager. David’s expertise includes a strong emphasis on engineering business processes and tools that consistently drive revenue and reduce cost. Nucleus Research recently released its second half 2012 on premise and cloud-based CRM Value Matrix. The report places two of Oracle's CRM products in the Leaders quadrant: Oracle CRM On Demand and Oracle Fusion CRM. This is significant since Oracle Fusion CRM is one of the newest entrants into the Matrix.
