I had the privilege of attending the Oracle Fusion CRM Implementation Boot Camp during the week of May 14th. The event was kicked off with lights, cameras, and action - literally. Fusion CRM starred as the entire week was filmed for later release.
Among others, Oracle did an excellent job covering the following topics:

• Fusion CRM Territory Management
• Fusion CRM Customer Data Management
• Fusion CRM Opportunity Management
• Fusion CRM Forecasting
• Fusion CRM Microsoft Outlook Integration
• Fusion CRM Marketing and Campaigns
• Fusion CRM Lead Management
• Fusion CRM Analytics
• Fusion CRM Basic Customization using Composers
• Fusion CRM Functional Setup
But the training was not limited to the classroom, as Oracle made their Product Managers and Engineers available for follow-up discussion at roundtables and in the hotel lounge. During the hands-on labs, these same product managers would circle the tables answering questions, providing best practices, and highlighting key features.
With the level of commitment Oracle has placed on the Fusion Application Suite plus the attention Oracle is giving its customers and partners, it is easy to see that Oracle Fusion CRM is the next frontier when it comes to enabling the sales force, improving the customer experience, and managing sustainable growth.
