Oracle OpenWorld 2012 CRM Recap - Fusion CRM Roadmap

There was a lot of buzz at Oracle OpenWorld this year about cloud computing and Fusion CRM. To recap, Oracle Fusion CRM is available today (and has been for a while) and many exciting new features are planned over the next few product iterations.

Available Now:

Core functionality, including Leads, Opportunities, Contact, Accounts, and Marketing, which typically make up 95% of a standard implementation for our clients, is available now. Also available now is some exciting new features that are not available anywhere else in the Oracle CRM universe, including Social Activity Streams, Advanced Territory Modeling and Management, and the latest versions of BI Publisher and OBIEE for creating reports and dashboards. Additionally, with Fusion Mobile Sales, Fusion CRM Desktop (MS Outlook embedded app), and Fusion TAP (Native Apple iOS application), Fusion CRM is betting big on the social and mobile sales workforce market.
