Much of the focus at Oracle OpenWorld 2012 was around the exciting new Fusion CRM applications (we will have plenty to blog about that later), but also some interesting future product information for our Oracle CRM On Demand clients.
The exciting news here is that the product releases are going to be expedited towards a goal of quarterly releases. So hot off the heels of the recent Release 20 upgrade, Release 21 is already on its way in the next few months. Below are some of the highlights of the Product Roadmap for CRM On Demand over the next few releases.

- Android browser support
- User Interface API to enable customer and partner extensions
- Multi-Sales Force, Multi-Region Support to enable complex, international sales organizations with data visibility restrictions
- Order Management
- Roles Based Dashboards to improve data visibility
