Not just in my heart.. but as reported by the Oracle CRM Blog, IDC ranked Oracle in the number one spot in 2010 for CRM applications in market share.
- Oracle had a share of 11.8% in 2010 which was several points higher than the competition
- Oracle increased share by a full perecentage point, from 10.8% (2009) to 11.8%, and had a growth rate of 15.9%, above the industry average of 6.2%
